I strongly believe the best thing anyone can do for their career is to identify what they are best at and pursue it relentlessly.

Personally, I'm a writer. Always have been.

Since a young age I've been entranced by stories. I have vivid memories of watching The Lion King hundreds of times as a toddler, trying to find a deeper meaning in the unfolding narratives. I've always loved learning about characters, their motivations, and what drives humans to make big decisions.

As an adult, I take the same approach to marketing.

I believe every brand and product needs a story. Buyers have to understand not just what you're selling, but who they are in relation to it. In other words, what does your product or service do for them, and why do they need it?

I'm drawn to content marketing because it allows me to explore the lines between commerce, narratives, and analytics. I don't just craft blogs and cram them with buzzwords to game SEO—I take a holistic approach that aims to deliver value to consumers first and foremost, and draw in leads as a result.
